Munroe Law was founded in 2015 with a single goal of providing more efficient legal services at a better value to the client. As a former in-house attorneys to several companies, Ms. Munroe was often frustrated with the turn-around times with some of the bigger retained firms. Although the big firms provided excellent service in areas of large scale litigation, securities filings, and complex mergers and acquisitions, the little devils were in the day to day details: contracts, joint ventures, licensing, marketing, leases, sales, import and export. The time and expense of handling routine legal matters were a primary concern, and often the larger firms were not the right fit.
Munroe Law can act as ad hoc counsel to your company, and work in house on an as-needed basis; or, if you already have in house counsel, Munroe Law can be a partner to your legal department to assist in larger scale projects, like asset acquisitions and due diligence, or simply to address overflow work that can overwhelm large and small legal departments alike.
